Pricing
Detail Kommander is available to law enforcement and public safety agencies for no cost.
Employers (businesses or individuals) hiring off-duty officers contract for their services directly with law enforcement or public safety agencies, who establish their own rates.
The agency provides detailed pricing information to employers in advance, including a modest service fee for the software, in the form of a written estimate. When an employer approves an agency’s estimate for services, the Employer agrees to the agency’s pricing structure and any fees associated with the event at that time. Employers receive an invoice/receipt with itemized costs upon payment for services.
Refund Policy
Full or partial refunds may be issued to Employers at the direction and request of the coordinating Agency, if the public safety personnel have not performed the services and have not been paid. Agencies may cancel their Detail Kommander account pursuant to the terms in the SaaS Agreement.
